Ursula Leo has over a decade of experience counseling employers, employees, municipalities and developers.

Ursula represents both employers and employees regarding all facets of labor and employment law, including experience in litigating cases in State and Federal Courts. She also regularly counsels clients regarding employment contracts, compensation agreements, non-competition and non-disclosure agreements, severance agreements, and employee handbooks and policies. Ursula also has extensive experience in conducting internal employment investigations, for both private and public employers.  She is a frequent lecturer on employment and labor law issues.

Ursula was honored in 2024 as a NJBIZ "Leader in Law." Named to the list of New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Stars in 2011-2016, and to the list of New Jersey Super Lawyers in 2019-2021,* Ursula was also honored as one of Sussex County’s “20 Under 40” and was named a Leader of the Bar by The New Jersey Law Journal.
